Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Neutron Baby, we strive to provide the highest quality baby products. To maintain hygiene and safety standards, our policies are designed to be transparent and efficient.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Pre-Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Please contact us at (+91) 8303309772 or neutronbabycare@gmail.com for immediate processing.

  • Partial Cancellations: Please note we do not support partial cancellations. A request will result in the cancellation of the entire order.

  • Post-Shipment: If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it in transit. In this case, please notify our team and decline the shipment upon delivery.

2. Returns & Replacement Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of baby products, items are generally non-returnable. However, we offer solutions for the following exceptions:

  • Eligibility: Requests for replacement or refund are only accepted in the event of a product defect or incorrect item delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition, with original packaging, seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

  • Exclusions: We cannot process returns or refunds for any product that has been opened, used, or tested.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or replacement request, please contact our Support Team. Our process varies based on your location and the product category.

  • If a replacement for your specific item is unavailable, a full refund will be initiated automatically.

4. Refund Timeline & Processing

  • Cancellations (Pre-Paid): Refunds are processed within 8–10 working days from the date of the cancellation request.

  • Returns (Post-Shipment): Refunds are processed within 8–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods at our facility.

  • Payment Method: All refunds are credited to the original mode of payment.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery returns, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided by you via our official email
