At Neutron Baby, we prioritize the safe and timely delivery of your baby essentials. This policy outlines our logistical standards to ensure a transparent shopping experience.

1. Shipping Coverage & Logistics

  • Regional Scope: We currently offer comprehensive shipping services across India.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not fulfill international orders.

2. Order Processing Standards

  • Internal Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be initiated on the following business day.

  • Dispatch Notification: You will receive an automated confirmation via email/SMS containing your tracking credentials as soon as the package leaves our facility.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

While we strive for speed, the following are our standard delivery estimates:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 Business Days

  • Remote Locations: 5–8 Business Days

Please note: Timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may be subject to external factors such as weather or regional disruptions.

4. Shipping Tariff

  • Complimentary Shipping: Free delivery on all orders exceeding ₹799.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹90 applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • All applicable charges are transparently displayed at the final checkout stage.

5. Tracking & Visibility

Upon dispatch, a tracking link will be sent to your registered contact details. If you do not receive visibility on your shipment within 48 hours of order placement, please reach out to our support team at neutronbabycare@gmail.com.

6. Delivery Integrity & Address Accuracy

  • Address Verification: Customers are responsible for providing precise shipping details. Neutron Baby cannot be held liable for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • Damaged Shipments: If a package arrives visibly tampered with or damaged, please decline the delivery and document the condition with photos/videos. Report the incident to us within 24 hours for immediate investigation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neutron Baby is not responsible for delays arising from courier disruptions, natural calamities, or incorrect customer data. However, we are committed to assisting you in resolving any transit issues with our logistics partners.
